*Disclosure: Customer accepts all reasonability for order accuracy on all orders placed online, including, but not limited to quantity, type of items, pick up address, dates and times, customer contact information, and shipment being prepared for transportation per Federal, Local and USA Lights guidelines. If customer has not giving an accurate item count and there is not enough space on the USA Lights truck for complete shipment pick up, the customer will be charged for the second visit per standard rate. Customer understands that USA Lights may charge the customer for site visit if items are not ready for transport and can not be removed from site at the time of USA Lights scheduled driver arrival. USA Lights reserves the right to refuse pickup of materials not properly prepared for shipment at the time of driver arrival. USA Lights suggest that you contact your customer sales rep if you are unsure of these requirements and terms. USA Lights may not be able to pick up on the "requested pickup date" stated above.
