Energy Audits and Retrofits
USA Lights is the only company in the United States that provides A to Z in energy upgrades to both commercial and residential applications. We provide the following services in house with no subcontractors used, which means a great savings to you as well as one company accountability.
Our trained personnel will review all energy cost over the past two years for each building. We will provide a comprehensive walk thru of your building looking at existing lighting, HVAC, other load using equipment, installation, doors/windows and motors. After the audit is complete an engineer will review the findings and work on a new design for all applications needing to be upgraded. A calculation will be done to show the cost for the upgrade, the energy savings that would be achieved by the new installation and a guaranteed payback period.
During the audit we will look at the possible use of Occupancy Sensors as well as our KVR product only offered by USA Lights. These products can add an additional savings of 10% on total energy usage in the building for the KVR product and up to an additional 35% savings on the lighting for the Occupancy Sensors.
USA Lights can provide all required material to complete the upgrade or provide the material from the material list given and USA Lights will take care of the rest.
